It does not matter whether you are using cannabis for recreational purposes or medical purposes, this question does not change. Also, if you like writing poems or simply anything, then start writing while you are high. Believe me, you will get some really out-of-the-box ideas. Just write anything that comes to your mind.

I enjoy bringing out the artist in me whenever I’m high. It does not have to be excellent or ‘good’, you just need to have fun with your activity. Think of art activities you used to do when you were a kid, try doing that, it’s fun, trust me.

2. Take a Hot Bath or Shower
Are you looking to release your tension and stress, there’s nothing better than a nice hot bath or shower after smoking your herb. You can even make this experience more relaxing by including bubbles and lighting candles. Listening to your favorite music or reading a book can also increase joy. I personally put on some B.B. King while I’m taking this hot bath. And for me, there’s nothing better than the blues and solos of King during this time.

And if you “accidentally” consume too much cannabis, taking a hot bath or shower can also help you get rid of the paranoia you experience after smoking too much.

3. Meditate
Meditation is all about noticing your own thought patterns and drifting away with them. And there’s no better time to do this than the time you are high. While you are high, you can easily do meditation as your thought pattern won’t feel disrupted. Also, there are many benefits of meditation for your health too. It can help in boosting your immune system, confidence, productivity, and creativity. It can also help in relieving anxiety and depression, and make you feel more fulfilled and happier. So, smoke your herb, close your eyes, and relax.

4. Watch a Movie
Before I get into this point, I would advise you to choose the movie before you smoke your green. Watching a movie with your friends or alone while you are high can enhance the effects of cannabis. Even the worst action movie becomes a work of art. You can find a lot of movies that you can watch while you are high.

There are just a lot of things that you can do while you are under the influence of cannabis. These are some of my favorite activities that I love to do after smoking my herb. You can choose according to your preference and things that give you joy.
